Form No. INC-21 is required to be certified by a professional.

But I am not able to affix the digital signature of professional in the form as the the option for the same is getting disabled after prefilling the CIN of the company.

Please help me......

Dear Sir,

I have been also filing INC-21. But they are asking to put the particulars of stamp duty paid.

Could you plz advise me which stamp duty I have to put there.

Certain E forms are not required to be certified by the professionals if they are filed by OPC, Small Companies and that includes INC-21 also (Notification dated 28.04.2014, Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2014. May be the authhorised capital of your company is less than 50 lac, therefore option is not activated to be signed by the professionals.

Stamp Duty can be paid manually or electronocally. If the amount of Stamp duty is too less, then you can purchase the stamp paper and attach with the form and fill the required details.

Dear Sonakshi Madam,

My question is, In form INC-21, there is an option of particulars of payment of stamp duty in which there has to be Enter the relevant details of stamp duty paid under the relevant stamp Act. So please advise me which stamp duty value should I put there.

With regard to precertification of forms by professionals,i agree with sonakshi, coming to stamp duty in form 21, even i have encountered with same dought while filing form INC 21, I have refered section 11, relavant rules and help kit but it was not clear however, i understood that we should not give details of stamp duty paid at the time of incorporation in form INC 21 since it is prescribed stamp duty paid under form INC 21, so i have mentioned Zero and uploaded form.

Additional stamp duty must be paid for filing INC-21.

For clarification I called my jurisdictional ROC and they told me to attach stamp paper worth Rs 30 in the form (scanned copy with details printed in the stamp paper as "This is a part of INC-21 filed by the company ABC Ltd for the commencement of business) and fill the other necessary particulars (stamp vendor name and reg. no., serial nos of stamp paper etc.)
