As per Rule 16 (1) (q) of Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, The Specimen signature and latest photograph duly verified by the banker or notary shall be in the prescribed Form No. INC. 10.

Therefore, Subscriber not required to attest his signature on Form No. INC. 10 and form must be verifed/attested by notary or banker but not by Gazetted office, non compliance of procedure for incorporation of company will attract penalty and consequences laid down under section 7 (7) of the Companies Act, 2013..

Thankyou Sir for your reply. It is clearly mentioned on the form that it must be attested by either banker or notary.

Sir, i did not get your complete answer. My query is.... the photo which is pasted on the form requires attestation or simply attestation below the form is enough?
