If ITR already filed without the addition of the tax paid challan details, better revise the return.
Sir how many days to take reflect tax paid tab after tds
About 8 to 10 working days after filing of TDS return........

In case you have already filed the IT return, revise it.
If IT return not filed yet, then enter the TDS amount in Tax paid section, enter TAN no of deductor.
Then proceed accordingly and submit.
