Its not about the degree we posses
Its the knowledge that matters. But yes when we enter the market a CFA has better opportunity in Finance sector than a CA.
But still I know many CAs who are doing extremelly great in Finance and derivatives, and many CFAs are getting training under them. Some are MBA, so it totally depends on ur interest and level of knowledge
And CA is a very good degree to enter in finance sector also. This is the only area where CAs are facing a great competition with CFAs and sometimes due to shallow knowledge CAs donot get what they deserve and expect.

So increase your knowledge. CA Final SFM subject is good but its only the starting. Like we are taught Butterfly, condor etc kind of strategies. But in the practical field these strategies keep no relevance. You have to study KNOCK IN KNOCK OUT, TOUCH, DOUBLE TOUCH AND MANY MORE which a fresher CA doesnt even know until and unless he enters the door.
