STEP 1 : GENERATE THE DATA IN TALLY AND PRESS THE "EXPORT" TAB ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF SCRREN.

THE OTHER STEP IS- PRESS "ESC" BUTTON WHEN TALLY DISPLAYS A TAB SAYING EXPORT. YOU WILL ENTER INTO THE CONFIGURATION MENU OF EXPORT PROCESS AUTOMATICALLY.

THEN GIVE THE NAME OF THE FILE YOU WANT TO SAVE IT WITH AND THEN WRITE "XLS" AFTER THE DOT.

FILL IN THE REST OF THE DETAILS ACCORDINGLY LIKE YOU WANT THE REPORT IN EXCEL IN CONDENSED OR DETAILED FORM.

AFTER FILLING ALL THE DETAILS, PRESS ENTER SO THAT THE EXPORT PROCEDURE CAN START.

GO TO THE TALLY FOLDER NOW(I HOPE NOBODY IS USING DOS)....IN WHATEVER DRIVE IT HAS BEEN SAVED AND YOU WILL SEE YOUR REPORT THERE..
