Sumit..It is not 100% guidelines....I have prepared these notes based on the past years questions...

Any idea from where can i get the summarised form amendments in allied laws applicable for november 2011

I have made efforts for searching the summarised notes for allied laws....but m not able to succeed...

I have prepared allied laws from Munish Bhandari sir handbook....it is sufficient...

and there is no amendment in allied laws for nov.11 except minor change in SEBI guidelines...

Previously it was SEBI(ICDR) Regulations 2009..But now it is amended to SEBI(ICDR) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2010.

I m attaching the amendments in SEBI guidelines...
