As you are aware, Bangalore Chapter of ICSI had organized an interactive session with Mr. M R Bhat, ROC, Karnataka & his team on Thursday, 1st May, 2014 wherein he was kind enough to share his views on queries raised by our members that were collated from the series of Open House Sessions held during March and April, 2014 on the Companies Act, 2013.

Attached, please find the 1st set of queries and ROC’s views for your reference. These are not to be construed as MCA’s clarifications. The conclusions drawn will be posted on our website shortly. It is hoped that the balance queries will be answered by him in the coming weeks through one or more interactive sessions.
