Important chapter and reference book for ipcc 2012(group 1)?

Hello friends,I appeared for Cpt dec 2011 and i have cleared it and right now i register my self for november 2012 IPCC exam.

I just want to know,the important chapters for IPCC Group 1 ie 1)Accounts,2)Law,Ethics and communication,3)Cost and Fm and 4)Taxation.

Well,i am in Ca Inter and every chapters are important,but i just want to know most important chapters so that i can focus on those chapters(most important ) as well as other chapters.

So,kindly tell me the important chapters and Refference books for above subjects.

You said it yourself. Exam is IN NOVEMBER. That is glorious time to know each subject in an out. Be 100% prepared.

You have lot of time for preparation.Remember one thing,for CA there is no matter of most important chapters each and every concet is important.However once gothrough our practice manuals and Study material.I will give one example for you.when i was in IPCC i heard that Company audit 2 is one of the most important chapter.So i learned so much however no questions from that chapter in exams.

So don't think about most important chapters plase read all the concepts along with examples mostly for law.All the best for your preparation.
