Important announcement for transfer of articleship ammended

Thank for info, anyway! its not  a big relaxation

1. Talk to your previous employer and get a letter signed by him for transfer

2. Show this letter to Institute Branch and get form 109(in thrice) and form 120, also purchase form No. 102 and 103 for re registration with new employer.

3. fill the form 109 and  120 and get it signed from old principal, also fill form No. 102 & 103 and get it signed from new principal(employer).

4. Submit form No. 109 one copy only ( and get two copy  stamped 1 for your self and one for your old employer) , Form No.  120 and Form No. 102 to ICAI.( form No. 103 i.e. deed is for your new employer and for you)

5. Start articleship with  your new employer .

Plz help me frenzzz.......I have taken transfer on 24th march (i.e Back dated), But i have done frankinn on 23rd April.....can i get transfer as per new guidlines......no one is giving a proper reply at institute....plz help me out......my both forms(i.e. 109 &102,103) have filled up and signed.....should i submitt it 2 the institute......n my previos employer is not interested in practicing....he is quite aged.....can institute give t/f on that basis

is there any restriction that if i take transfer before 30th April i hv to reregister with some days,,,,

if i take transfer on 30th April and reregister on 15th June then is it valid or is there any restriction on that also.........................

I am serving with a firm for last 18 months in kolkata.

But now i want to transfer my articleship.

there is no problem with the firm.but the scope of work is very limited.

so can anybody tell me whather i can take the transfer or not
