| Further to the announcement dated 27th March, 2009, the transitional difficulties being experienced by members and students in the matter of transfer of articles, effected on or prior to 27th March, 2009 was considered by the Institute and with a view to mitigate the difficulties so experienced, it has been decided, as a special case, that Form 109 [i.e. relating to transfer / termination of articles] complete in all respect received in the Institute upto 30th April, 2009 be processed as per the norms in place prior to the publication of the Announcement dated 27th March, 2009 containing the decision(s) of the Council. |
| In other words, any Form 109 received on or after 01.05.2009 shall not be taken on record, irrespective of the reason(s) for delay in submission. |

so what about industrial training? earlier it has been said that last 9-12 months of articeship can be done as industrial training.

Apparently according to our lecturers in classes, our newest President is very much in d way 2 make article-ship even more stringent!!!!! This is one of the main topics he has to talk about wen he attends a meeting in the regional offices!!!!! So be prepared fellas.....ders a whole lot of crap stuff waitin fer us in d near future.....n ders nothin can v do abt it...dis ammendment is here to stay....none can do nethin abt it...earlier popularly v wer called as "BONDED LABOUR", noe god knows wat'll v b called n subjected 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear I have Read in Transfer Rule notification they said u cannt take t/f within First 6Months Or Last 12M of articleship..... & No T/f is allowed Within Same city... When does it applicable.... If he/she takes t/f as i mention in Below case... Can he/she takes T/f within same City..... & wat does Form 120 says....Is it Compulsory to Mention???
