The only imp of RTP is that .check those questions and leave it for the exams. RTP generally are prepared in reference to last held exam. Hence those question would most of the times wont be repeated.

I am not aware of practical trend of exams, but when I was student, there was always a probability of 1-2 questions from RTPs. So we always read it and atleast once go thorugh that.
