Import of services under gst

Hi.  I bought advertising for Rs.2800 and paid Rs.1400 for autoresponder services from the companies that is located in US. i.e. outside India.  

How much % should I pay for import of services as reverse charge?

If it is 18%,  how much should I pay for this amount:  2800+1400?  Is it Rs.756?

Can I claim ITC on this one?
