Query
A is in India , receives an order from China , A procures the goods from USA and directly delivers to China , without goods being entered in Indian!?
Question is whether the same is Export services , if yes what should be hsn/sac code !?
And if yes A shall be eligible for LUT !?

no. this not case of export services
no lut is required
as both transactions are done out side india, only the amount gain is only part and parcel of income tax only
