Import e waybill - Clarification

Dears,

We are bringing one consignment from Singapore to  Bangalore, but customs clearance will take place at the  Chennai port.

In this case, when creating an import e-waybill, I should  specify whether the address is the buyer's or Chennai  Customs Please clarify.
