ANY SERVICE WHICH IS EXPORTED IS OUT OF THE PERVIEW OF SERVICE TAX WHEREAS AS PER THE TAXATION OF SERVICES (PROVIDED FROM OUTSIDE INDIA AND RECD IN INDIA ) RULES 2006 , THE IMPORTS OF SERVICES IS SUBJECTED TO TAX , PROVIDED THAT ITS A TAXABLE SERVICE .
