	okkk.. IFRS ekdam se apply ho jaye to it will be quiet difficult.. mean time we have to go through IFRS too before it comes to India.. so its fine some period is still there to study the same.. aaj nahi to kal apply to hoga hi..

Don't get confused. These new 35 AS are the new Ind. AS, based on IFRS. These new Ind. AS will replace the existing 32 AS issued by the ICAI's ASB. These new Ind. AS will be applicable on the residual Indian entities on which the IFRS issued by IASB are not aplicable as per the convergence roadmap of MCA.
