As we know that from June 2015 onwards there is no 2% and 1% cess to be charged. But in case any entity already having balance in Service tax receivable account for Cess, then how it can be adjusted in future with ST liability?

As on date, de[artment has issued notification on this for Excise part only.
Wait till it is notified for service tax.
