Impact of excess leaves on ca final attempt
let's say I took 100+ days leaves during my first year of articleship and took a transfer to another firm.now for my CA final attempt I will need another 3-4 months of leave.So I will have to undergo an extension,that's for sure but will my cafinal attempt get postponed. d rules are silent regarding d same(they only mention abt extension).plz repy coz m damn too worried.

If you are going by rule by rule then definetely your attempt may postponed.
But treating and disclusing leaves in ICAI records depends upon understanding between you and your CA...
There are some understanding like setting off excess hour served with excess leaves or completing excess leaves even after submitting form 108.. By not disclosing such leaves....
Therefore ask your princle where he/she agree....
