I am a Final student of Ca Final NEW syllabus....
Hav this doubt in the light of recent notification of ICAI as regards SEBI and Winding Up...
I hav a Jan 09 edition of Munish Bhandaris ...
Please let me know what is applicable as regards the topics above...for May 10 exam !!!
I think the jan 09 edition of munish bhandari will not have the changes of SEBI & Winding up. As per the notification the changes are not applicable on you so you can study that old edition. (But it wont have other new acts applicable on ca final new course)
