Frnds you never know what institue can ask in exam.

I will tell my personal expierence : In may 11 attempt., institute passed a notification (around january) that maximum part of winding up chptr in corporate law has been deleted, so no one studied and in exam we were shocked to see 16 marks question from that deleted topic.

So, i suggest you better take a glance of this amendment. However, not insisting to study.

Rest it all upto you.

I am of the opinion that if the amendments would "have  been" applicable, there would have been an announcement in this regard. The reason for that is the fact the BOS stipulates that the amendments made prior to 6 months of the exam only will be applicable. Also, the changes in AMA and ISCA are not such that have been caused due to regulatory and legal frameork (as unlike in tax) and thus have been incorporated in latest issue of Study Material and therefore applicable for the exams. As there is no announcement, its somewhat  safe to assume that the same would not be applicable for the exams.

Though, I have filed a grievance with e sahayaata for clarity on the matter, but only to my disappointment, I have not got a confirmation email despite filing 3 complaints.

So Members, please file grievance with e sahayaata, and if someone gets a confirmation ,please update all of us.

There are not significant changes in ISCA; they are just minor; so need to panic.
