Immovable ancestral property
sir/ madam, if any person got ancestral property from his father..this person have 3 brother and property equally devided among them and they also make registry in their own name....but he not showing this property in income tax return..will he face any problem during sell the property??

Upto 2 properties can be shown as self occupied property in the income tax return without any impact on tax liability....
