In cse an assesse completes the house in Jun09 n SOP for 10 months .... is Municipal valuation or Standard rent to be calculated for 10 months ..
Manoharan says 1 yr n Singhania says 10 months proportionately ... really confused ???

yes i m agree with CA Shivang, because building exist only for 10 months in previous year. so we will take only 10 months while calculating Reasonable expected rent
Due to Sec 23(c). It is 10 months.
Its 10 Months, as the Property has come into existance only on June 9th..
