Mai gujarat mai registered hu aur mai Hydra ek kam ke liye gujaratmai party ko de raha hu but o party maharashtra mai register hai to kya muje Igst charge karna hoga ???

Depends on the nature of the work..
Most probably, for services other than civil works, IGST can be charged by supplier which can be availed as ITC
