A Delhi registered dealer collected IGST on sale to a Haryana registered dealer. Now can this IGST be set off against CGST/SGST paid by Delhi registered dealer from intra state purchase? Or this IGST can be set off against IGST paid on inter state purchases? Please advise.

First u need to set off IGST TO IGST THEN BALANCE U CAN SET OFF TO ANY OFF SGCT N CGST
I think first set off IGST, second CGST, and 3rd SGST if have u credit...
