IGST Refund related issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

When I check IGST Scroll Sanctioned status in ICEGATE portal, it shows as follows:

"Scroll Status at PFMS : ACCEPTED; at PAO: ACCEPTED;

Bank Response Code : Permanent Cancellation by PAO for Transaction". The assessee has not received any communication in this regard. How to rectify the same and get the refund?

You need to visit customs office and understand the issue. You can first understand the issue from icegate helpdesk. Hire a consultant/expert for the same.
I have the same issue. I have contacted to Custom & ICEGATE HELP DESK.. WILL REPLY IF ANY SOLUTION.

howmany days after generate scroll  we get refund

I am also facing the same issue. I talked to ICEgate heldesk they said to visit to custom office. Don't know what kind of Online services we are enjoyed in which physical presence is required. 

All my FCL containers IGST refund getting stocked with response every time.  

I have to personally visit to JNPT, manage them to re-scroll & then after 2-3 months, I may get refund.

No problem with LCL shipment.  Getting regularly without any hurdles.

Please first check your bank details first.

Accepted by PAO but Bank Response Code shows " Permanent Cancellation by PAO for Transaction "
