Dear Sir / Madam,

i wanted to know how to avail the ITC on import of goods.?

You can avail ITC for IGST levied while custom clearing the imported goods. Document is the bill of entry which will show the IGST levied and the amount on which it is levied.

In Bill of entry, instead of GST Number IEC code and PAN was mentioned. Still we are eligible for credit or not ?
