The ITC is not ineligible, since there is a mismatch between GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B the registered tax payer has to do the self-assessment of output tax liability and input tax credit. Therefore, the right to claim Input Tax credit should not be rejected in case such credit doesn’t appear in GSTR-2A/GSTR-2B.
