After passing Ignou b.com exams and clearing both groups of ipcc will the b.com degree certificate will be issued or 3 years of articleship is mandatory to get the b.com degree.
please clarify. if there is any latest circulars of icai/ignou regarding the same please share it because some says its compulsory and some say its been eliminated now.

It will be issued no need of articleship to complete, just apply at the latest convocation on ignou website and degree will be sent to your address
