ur question is not clear  ................ you are talking about applicability of IFRS in which context either Ca final course or Indian senerio.

1. if you are talking about CA final context then i would like to tell you it is already in our syllabus. 
2. if you are talking about whether IFRS applicable in India or not ..............................  We are not going to adopt IFRS, we are going for the conversion of IFRS with Ind-AS. againg there is nothing about applicability of IFRS. becouse IFRS is nothing to do with the indian senerio we have to go with Ind-AS, which is conversion of IFRS. but Ind-AS is not applicable so far, however Ind-AS has been notified by the MCA without any applicability date. so we have to wait for next notification ............................
