Hello all. I have a few queries regarding filling up the CA final form. Which I would like to clarify.
First thing is that, do we only need to fill up the form and submit it in the institute with the mentioned attachments. That's it?
Secondly, is it necessary to submit the form in Regional Center or we can submit it in any nearby branch?
Thirdly, I have a few queries in filling up the form, hope you will resolve:
(1) In column 5(a), what is state code and from where to obtain that.
(2) In column 9(a), what kind of proof is required? Will the registration letter with current employer serve the purpose?
(3)In column 9, again-My training is going to end in this week, so it may be possible that when I will submit my form then, it would be over. So, should I indicate it as continuing or not?
(4) In column 12- I cleared my both groups in Nov. 2010 attempt, but got exemption in accounts in earlier attempt. So, should I only enter Nov. 2010? As there is no such option for exemption details.
(5) Column No. 14-Is it applicable for students passing from PCC also?
(6) Since I am already undergoing articleship, my TOTAL FEES is Rs. 8500.00 ?
(7) Finally, if my regional center is Kanpur, in whose favour DD has to made and payable at where?
