if any individual who is regularly filling last 3 years return and he died then any benefits from government receivable or claim death benefits under income tax rules.

No there is no such benefits can be available but refund can be claimed by legal heirs
Agree with Sourav. No such benefits to the best of my knowledge.
Currently government is not offering any benefit for deaths.
