bt  wht i beleive is that wear ur own attitude and dont bother who is saying what,jst hv confidence in wht u r and then  u'll b d leader and others will b ur follower.

i dont agree completely wid it............there is something called constructive postive critisism.............u knw where u r goin wrong.and learn faster .................and abt that hurt u or shout at u part............i dont think any rational human being wid correct state of mind wud shout just like tht.....may b u wud have done sumthing wrong or may b there is some prob wid the person..................so if u dont bother abt critisisms then there is no diff between u and an electric pole which stands there no matter wat.......no snese no reaction .............
