If a salary person get interest free home loan from a govt company is it deductable?

I want to know if a salary person get home loan from the department ,then whether the principal amount is deductable under any section.

in any of loan provided by employer the interest of at the rate of SBI in excess of rate changed is taxable in hand of employee irrelevant to government or non government employe
as in above case of interest free loan
the interest chargeable at SBI rate is taxable in hand of employee
as in above case of interest free loan
