Dr cash/ bank
cr Income from sale of entry tickets for events 50 lakhs

Dr Artist expense ( music )
Dr Labour charges ( lighting )
Dr Hiring Charges (equipment taken on rent )
Dr Stay expenses ( room fare )
Cr Cash / Bank

1- can we transfer the balance of this expense music lighting etc to one separate account ??

2- what is the taxation for it

3- can we record this types of expense means which are not related to main business operation??

It is to be treated as ancillary to business. Taxation same as business income. Yes you can transfer to one separate account I.e event expenses. Yes you have to record the transaction

thanx sir for clearing my doubt

1- does this event expenses is tax deductible ?

2- can we record it as income from sale of ticket for event as 45 lacs without recording expense  if not why ??

1) You may not get deduction under the Income tax act for expenses you Debited to P&L for event management business . Your main business is Gold Firm .

2) No ............
In my opinion, the above said transactions can be treated as furtherance in the course of business and the expenses can be booked as marketing expenses. the income recieved to be booked under non operating income as rightly said above income from sale of tickets
