In case of man power suply(revers chrg 75%) if sp charges full amt of st n sr pays d same to sp. Now further sr still liable to his portion????? there is a delibrate arrangement of charging full amt to avoid sr registrtion Den sr no liability to register?

but nw all liabiity is of service receiver.. i.e. 100 % payment by SR....
