Paper was easy but i didnt do well..will pass bas.

There were a few direct question like asking for the return required under rule 9(3).If anyone not aware of rule number, he wont be able to answer.Few amendment questions were asked from changes perpective vide FA 2014.
Some questions required assumptions.
Overall, not so easy paper as it prima facie appeared.We were happy after leaving exam hall, but after discussions, happiness faded.
But hopeful get anything between 50-55 at least.

If questions revolve around Rules, then those appearing for November 2015 and onwards , be prepared to know so many rules are there in Companies Act 2013 and you may be expected to know these in order to get quality marks.
great paper conceptually..... tested each portion f d syllabs... did sm ailly mistake...bt happy wth d qualty f paper ..was not a procedural paper like last attempt
Paper was lenghty, questions related to cases were easy and out of expected ones
It was for crammers
Easy paper ..interest rate questioms were tuff !!
