i studied from deepak gupta+bangar------i couldn't find any penalty for late filing of bill of entry Q2(d)
+ q2(c)--whether the ans will be proviso to rule 12 of customs,central excise duties & service tax drawback rules 1995 i.e. CCC may exempt Er from reqirement of filing declaration since it 's by mistake

Hi I want to refer Deepak Gupta.... as I find Bangar very exhaustive and detailed..... I understood from a book store that Deepak Gupta SUMMARY book is not published it is only available module-wise Can you please help???
u can refer deepak gupta but just try to solve practical qs given by bangar+there r some chapters 4 which u've to look at bangar like confisation --sec 111,112? so keep ur concept book as deepak gupta & just like a scanner go on seeing its theory qs +solve practical qs.
