Can somebody tell me what are the most important topics in IDT to be covered before the exam, particularly during the 1 day leave in between the exam.I am doing self study , so i dont have the guidance of a professor who can say these topics are very imp for exams.So sombody who have gone through the exams kindly help me
Excise : SSI , Classification , Valuation, Assessment and appeals .
Cenvat Credit : Full
Service Tax : Full (only few pages are there- 32 services + Procedure )
Customs : Warehousing, baggage, valuation ,Duty Drawback.
RECENT AMENDMENTS + PRACTICAL SUMS ON VALUATION & SSI, + RECENT CASE LAWS Cover Minimum 40 Marks.

Give brief synopsis of the practical issue. Cite the relevant provision relating to the issue.
Eloborate the relevant provisions. Explain the relevant provisions in context of the practical issue given.
Analyse the issue. Conclude the issue with decision and cite case laws if any and if you are sure of it.
