Idt case study
Is it okay to case study of 2014,13,12?? Because in ICAI material they have given upto 2010.

go to the icai institute monthly journal there uwill find new latest case laws and which useful for you
From monthly journal not required from exam point of view...smtimes yes old cases requires...smtimes they ask...we cant expect wat they may ask in DT. But cases from case law book wch is applicable for may 15exam and cases given in may15rtp, u will get 10 to 15marks surely.
In idt also the same...................depends on facts of the case u have to decide whether such old cases important or not.
Than its completely impossible to learn the names of all case study.. There are so many... *facepalm* thank you for your reply though.. :)
