I have got 3 questions regarding IDT paper in CA (New) Final
1. Are the 2010 Case Laws applicable for the Nov exam?
2. Which book is better; Banger or Datey?
3. in DT book (Vinod Gupta), its written that its' applicable for May & Nov 2010 xams. But in IDT book (updated till 31st Oct 2009) its written that its applicable for May 2010.
I am highly confused regarding this paper & need to work it out bcoz this paper has so far, saved many ppl in Group 2...

Caselaws are applicable. By the way the best book for IDT is Deepak Gupta. It would cost around 1100 to 1200. It has 4 modules which comprise of Excise, Customs, Service Tax + Vat and Summary Module.
Just purchase Deepak Gupta.
