Icwai training ?

Is this rule applicable for only those who have newly registered or for everyone....???? Pls clarify........

Dear Sir,

Currently, I am Pursuing my MBA first semester from KS School of Business Managment. Ihad already cleared my icwai inter in june 2011,now i dnt want to go for final year in next june exam.Hence i m planning to go for final exam in june 2013.

Can i opt for the Final  exam without training and let me tell you that i m not planning to take a training at all. i just want to have my icwai clear and after that i m planning to apply for job on MBA base.

If i registred my self  and make an attempt before dec.2012 and get failed then can i opt for the final without training.

In short how can i opt for icwai final year without training.i just want a marksheet not a passing certificate...

Note;
If you are opting for the icwai exam in 2008 under 2002 exam then you have to not appear for the training and how can ICWAI can make the amendment in training to 2008 students.THERE SHOULD BE SYALLBUS LIKE  ICWAI 2012 AND ICWAI 2008, LIKE THEY DID IN PAST. IF NO,
THEN WHY DID THEY START NEW SYLLABUS 2008 THEY CAN MAKE THE CHANGE IN 2002 ONLY.

I want to add few more lines

1. Recently semester system has been implemented in Graduation.It is applicable to first year students only, where as other students (currenlty pursuing) second or third year are under old scheme.

2. There is icwai 2002 syallbus and icwai 2008 syallus and both are3 differ.So amendment make the change in the syallbus to new students only

3. It is Clearly mention in circular that  "Registerd student for the pratical training"

4.Even rule for MCA was made for newly registred students

5.Amenmend change everytrhing then  HOW CAN THEY CHANGE TRAIING

pLEASE READ THE CIRCULAR CAREFULLY IT IS FOR REGISTRED STUDENTS AND EVEN HELP ME OUT THAT WHAT IS THE CLEAR MEANNG FOR IT.
