i have to make dissertation in icwai stage 3 but i cant decide which subject or which topic is suiatble for it.. and also i want to know that how 2 make disseratation??

I have completed my ICWA inter in Old syllabus in June - 2008. Now i have to register for Final under new syllabus. Now i am working in a UK based CA firm. Whether Practical trainig will be applicable to me as well or is there any way to get exempted from the training. Please let me know ASAP.
