Icwa course

 If a graduate passed ipcc and doing articleship decides to admit into icwai course.  If he passes both groups of intermediate and final examination and not able to do the articleship of three years, whether the institute will grant any certificate to him?  Later according to his work experiance the institute will waive the condition of articleship?.  What will be the possible scenario? Whether such a passed person will get any job opportunities?  Some of the experts arguing for CA+CWA course togethe?  Aperson has to spoil life for six years for both the articleship can be justified?.
