Attention Members
As a part of the Green Initiative in Corporate Governance
taken by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs by allowing
paperless compliances by the companies, the Council of
the Institute has decided to send the Audited Accounts
and Report of the Council for the Financial Year ending
31st March, 2011 to the members of the Institute pursuant
to Sub-section (5B) of Section 18 of the Company
Secretaries Act, 1980 through e-mails. The Audited
Accounts and the Report will also be placed on the website
of the Institute.
All the members are requested to provide their e-mail
ids to Ms. Meenakshi Gupta, Joint Director at e-mil id
‘member @ icsi.edu’ latest by 31st July, 2011 if not
already provided.
Those members who have already provided the e-mail
ids may kindly reconfirm the same.
