Hello everyone can anyone tell me that the ICSI admit card extract which we can download from the site requires any type of attestation from any officer or not as there are only particulars of students which is showing there without any signature or like.

No , it is not required as U also has to carry with u your ICSI "I-CARD" which it itself a proof with admit extract.
Rest all your information is available in ICSI Exam Centre..........Just show all your documents like ADMIT EXTRACR and I-Card while u appear for the exams.
