It depends upon the job profile that u would like

if u want to establish a career in audit and are looking for growth in that sector definitley big4 is most reputed...nothing can match them for ability in growth and career prospects

if you are looking for a different job prospect then definitely the icra job offer is very interesting

growth is there in both sectors \
