I have qualified CA in Nov 2009, Presently can any one guide me whether Big4-(job profile Audit) is better or ICRA(Credit rating agency)-( job profile-Credit rating of SME Clients, evaluate P/L and B/S acc to credit worthiness) is better???????????????

It depends upon the job profile that u would like
if u want to establish a career in audit and are looking for growth in that sector definitley big4 is most reputed...nothing can match them for ability in growth and career prospects
if you are looking for a different job prospect then definitely the icra job offer is very interesting
growth is there in both sectors \
depends on which sector u wanna go into
