THE SIMPLE FUNDA IS THAT FOR ANY COURSE , JUST QUALIFYING THE COURSE DOESNT GAURAUNTEE FOR A JOB......U SHOULD POSSESS THE RECQUIRED KNOWLEDGE....

AND AS FAR AS ICAI AND ICAI ARE CONCERNED ......U CANT GET THE GOOD JOB AS SOON AS UR RESULT DECLARED OR EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH.....THOSE ARE LUCKY AND YES HARD  WORKER WHO ARE SELECTED IN CAMPUS PLACEMENT.....

SO WHATEVER THAT DOES MATTER IS THE "ALMIGHTY" KNOWLEDGE ............

Dear Ayush, you made a unfair comparison between Icai vs icai.

As u are a fresh CA, may be not satisfied with your job but that doesn’t means this situation is applicable to all fresher CA. The major reason of this unemployment is bad economy situation not ICAI’s policies.

Since last 1-2 years, one thing I am watching on this site—some members are fighting for comparison between CA & CMA.

Don’t forget that all profession has their own identity and dignity. CA,CS, CMA, all these three professional are back bone of our economy. I personally respect all these profession.  

You mentioned only about arrangement made by MCA for CMAs but why forget to mention about CAs.

What do you want from institute? Controlling result by manipulation or by giving question outside syllabus or to make business policy for employments? I also feel some improvement in our course is required taking global business environment changes. MBF & residential program are good steps by our institute.

Do you have maturity of this level to give advice to students-which course to select?

Dear, you have brilliant mind and knowledge. Please share some useful information for future CA, CS & CMA and try to create good and lovely relation between these professions.

If any of above words is not acceptable to you then sorry for that & it is better to end this discussion.

I agree with you partially. But if we take a look on 3 years Back when Pcc was Introduced, the Concept of Dummy which was a nightmare for CA Students became Friendly.

So as per my view it isn't the standard of Institute  which has gone down but the Standard of Aspirants.

I Don't know how peaple will react on my statement, but it's the truth.

Ca's are jobless because of their defficiencies only. 

If one feels his/her English is not good, so he should take initiatives to improve it rather than taking sympathy out of it.

It was my personnel viewpoint, it might be wrong also. 

So please don;t take it personally

One should think twice before entering into CA - Whether they have seriousness to go through the course and tough syllabus to crack.

One need not get discouraged by the toughness, as Hard work with right skills will surely make u a CA.

And among qualified CA's who are jobless - they have to gain additional skills to be among the cream.

Regarding ICAI v/s ICAI - one should not comment on any institution - as rightly said by a Member of CCI - that each Profession carries its own dignity. 

And Pls do remember - One should Give Respect to every Human Being and every Concept or Institution - which is the essence of Culture of Our Land.

I am working as assistant manager in mis and audit dept in one of manufacturing company in mumbai

and i cant hear criticism of ICAI they are right and i know all ca pass will b placed in good position in coming time!
