Icai student id card

As such there is no specific use ICAI-student id-card,,,,,,, but in some  events like student seminar or student function, it can be useful as propper student id..... another use is if u want to take a book from CA-library then this id card will to  be submit to the librariian......Apart from that there is no use of student I-card..

                               Sir, i have a small doubt that in the students seminar/students functions having an I.D card is enough?or we have to pay the fees for attending??

I will not say that all seminars are free of cost for students but most of the student seminar are free and if there is a paid seminar, then institute will charge only some nominal fee which will be affordable for student from their stipened...............................

Disclamir : Last line is my personal experience... HA HA HA

                             OOhh dats cool akshay,So may i know some seminars which are free of cost?And you are getting such a huge stipend?Are you working in big4?

Regional seminars for prospective exams and personality devlopement are always free of cost............. nd i got cleared my CA in jan 13 so i m  doing NOW...............................

CURRENTLY I M DOING JOB IN GURGAON................... WHEN I WAS PCC STUDENT THEN OUR REGIONAL BRANCH CONDUCTED PERSONALITY DEVLOPEMENT CLASS FOR CA STUDENT.........

At a free of cost??????/But our branch never conducted at free of cost till now

Yes our branch provided it at free of cost...........

                 Then ,why they are not providing at our branch????

i guess personality development classes are for IPCC students?? Isn't??

                   Cant say exactly that only personality development classes.its a part of orientation programme mam....
