I had placed order for Final CA PM's on ICAI's Publication section on 27-8-14. The payment for which was successfully completed and a transaction id was generated. However there is no system to track its status and I have even written a email to them to intimate me the status for which I have not received a reply. Also after reading some similar queries on this site It seems that many have faced same issue. I need experience of someone who has used this service before and approx time taken by ICAI to deliver their order as this uncertainty is messing up my study plan.

dont worry i too ordered from d online store. it took 10 days to arrive. you can know the status of ur order by calling on dis no. 0120- 3045947

You don't need to worry..me too had the same anxiety till today after noon..today I received my order from icai after 16 days from the date of order..so wait..it will take some time..me too used the email facility.. But not received a replay yet..

Yes i also ordered some books online last month.. it took about 15 days.. Then i got my order. So you'll surely get your order. Dont worry

I ordered for CA final Practice Manuals for DT, IDT & ISCA on 30th June 2016. and the status of the order is shown as not yet shipped. I sent mails to postalsales#icai.in and called the no. 01203045947 too.kindly help me in this regard. im appearing for may 2016 exams

I had to place order for inter books for may 2018 but the order can't be placed due to any problem after a step " proceed to checkout" I hv tried many times but the same problem is occurred
