Read the last sentence of the cover page of the latest students newsletter. Agarwal has said they are proposing to bring such a rule which says " to be present at the training on THE FIRST DAY OF EXAMINATIONS."

We were mute on March 27 examination .They have been encouraged

 how it is possible?

I dint got the rule, can you please elaborate?

This is exaclty the line what is written in the newsletter. He has said that many pcc students without completing 15 months of training go on exam leave and then appear for pcc. As per my analysis; he will make us have a document signed by MIT on the first day of exams.

This is a proposal to be put up for approval. What should all of us articles do? We should protest. We didn do so effectively agaist March 27 notifications; so they have been encouraged to hit us more. A worker in ICAI decentralised branch , a known person, and not A CA told me once that all of this rules(new) are a hogwash. ICAI knos that they can't curb dummies; they are using this pretext to give unlimited powers to members to use student's labour's to increase their profit.

I dont know why we students doing CA are always blame the institute for all the rules. The rules are for our benefit only. First of all the statement written is wrong. It says "Studens are in Training on First Day of the examinations" and Not " present at training on the first day of the examinations"

Please dont mis-interpret the statement it simply means that, you need to be registered as an article on the 1st day of examination. You cannot give your exam if you have terminated your articleship just before the exam on completion of 15 months training (PCC) to enable you to have excess leave for giving the exams. This is more so a clarificatory amendment as at present also you are not allowed to give exam if you are not in continuous articleship at the time of leave period or at the time of giving exams.

Dear Mr. Niral

I am very sorry to tell you that not all the rules are for the benefit of students only. Most of the rules are made for the benefits of members only.

 mr. niral

it is not so that u have got a better firm & employer.....it doesnt mean that every article is satisfied with their employers.........
